Life Lately

So much has happened since the last time I blogged! To start off both of Landon's Grandma's have come for a visit. It was so nice to have each of them here. They were both so helpful and it was fun to see Landon enjoying some Grandma time.

Two weeks after Landon was born, Peter and I had our three year anniversary! We celebrated by having our first date out with Landon. We went to the Cheesecake Factory and it was so nice to get out together! The best part is that Landon didn't make a sound the entire time we were at dinner. He slept in his carseat like an angel! Peter and I just can't believe how much has changed in the last three years and we wouldn't have it any other way. So happy I married that man. He is such a good husband and dad! Happy three years baby!

The next week was Thanksgiving. Since November was such a crazy month already, Peter and I just decided to stay in Massachusetts and spend the holiday as our little family. I was not really wanting to cook a huge Thanksgiving dinner for just the two of us, especially while taking care of our brand new baby. So Peter made us reservations at a nice restaurant close by that's famous for their Thanksgiving dinner. It overlooks a beautiful waterfall and it ended up being perfect for us! We thought it was appropriate for Thanksgiving for its history. It was originally a mill and bridge built in 1750 by a tribe of native americans in exchange for protection from the settlers in the area. Landon started off the day wearing a cute little Thanksgiving outfit I had been saving for him. I'm glad we snapped a few pictures of him because right before we walked into the restaurant he had the biggest blowout of life. Good thing I had a set of jammies in his diaper bag! We finished off the day by going to see Catching Fire and setting up our Christmas decorations. Once again Landon was an angel and didn't make a peep the whole movie. It was perfect.

November was a pretty crazy but very fun month for us. We now are a family of three and loving our new life as parents. Landon has definitely brought a whole new perspective on life and we can't imagine life without him now. We can't believe he is already over a month old! He's the sweetest baby and he brings so much joy to our lives. He loves being snuggled with mommy and daddy and now only eats every 4 hours! He is such a good baby! Now here's a random overload of pictures from the past month.

Tummy time!
